Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
    • Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Use MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word to manage and analyze data, create reports, and communicate with staff and customers.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as hospitality, business, or management.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service management role.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
