Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of culinary and service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the regional director to achieve business objectives and develop action plans to address challenges.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage employee schedules, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to feedback and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certification, Smart Serve certification, and the ability to remain physically active and busy during shifts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
