Position Overview

The Logistics Operations Supervisor at Zoe Logistics Company plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in logistics management and team leadership.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics performance.
  • Resolve operational challenges, offering technical guidance and recommending strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Train staff on company policies and their specific duties.
  • Assign, review, and manage work tasks among team members.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Establish effective work schedules and procedures.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Security and Safety Requirements

Must pass a criminal record check.

  • Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical capability to handle heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
