The Distribution Department is dedicated to providing Everyday Luxury experiences through an efficient and organized Distribution Network.
THE OPPORTUNITY

We offer competitive compensation starting at $23/hour, with additional premiums available up to $3.50 above the base wage/hour.

THE ROLE
As a Seasonal Associate, MHE, your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently receiving and processing incoming shipments.
- Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching products to customers.
- Managing inventory movement within the Distribution Centre.
- Adhering to industry-leading safety protocols and health practices.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal Seasonal Associate, MHE will possess:
- Certification to operate Material Handling Equipment, including reach trucks and order pickers.
- Strong determination and sound judgment to achieve reliable outcomes.
- A passion for contributing to a high-performance team.
- A commitment to learning and embodying Aritzia's values and standards.
- The physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- The ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours during shifts.
- Capability to work in an environment that relies on visual and auditory safety signals.
THE LOGISTICS
Key logistical details include:
- Shifts available include morning, afternoon, and night on select days.
- Seasonal Associates are expected to be available for a minimum of 3 shifts weekly, with encouragement to increase availability during peak periods.
- Open availability is preferred, especially for afternoon and weekend shifts.
