THE ROLE
As a Seasonal Associate, MHE, your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently receiving and processing incoming shipments.
- Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching products to customers.
- Effectively managing inventory within the Distribution Centre.
- Adhering to industry-leading safety protocols and health practices.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal Seasonal Associate, MHE will possess:
- Certification for operating Material Handling Equipment, such as reach trucks and order pickers.
- Strong determination and sound judgment to achieve reliable outcomes.
- A desire to excel within a high-performance team environment.
- A commitment to understanding and applying Aritzia's core values and standards.
- The capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- The stamina to stand or walk for up to 8 hours during shifts.
- The ability to work in a setting that relies on visual and auditory safety signals.
THE LOGISTICS
Key logistical details include:
- Shifts available include morning, afternoon, and night, operating on select days.
- Seasonal Associates are expected to be available for a minimum of 3 shifts weekly, with the option to increase availability during peak times.
- Flexibility in scheduling is preferred, particularly for afternoon and weekend shifts.
