The Role: Distribution Centre Supervisor

As the Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will lead the team to:

  • Uphold operational excellence within the distribution network
  • Facilitate the intake of shipments arriving to the distribution network
  • Facilitate the direct and indirect activities involved in fulfilling shipments, sent from the distribution network
  • Facilitate the movement of inventory within the distribution network
  • Uphold workplace safety and health and violence protection measures
  • Work with the appropriate business support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

The Qualifications

The Distribution Centre Supervisor has:

  • Proven skills, education and/or applicable certifications in distribution centre leadership, apparel or retail operations, and distribution automation
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's values and business and people leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

The Compensation

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
