Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for community members, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating office operations and managing the front desk area
  • Providing outreach support to community members and connecting them with relevant resources
  • Assisting with general office duties and supporting team members as needed
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with community partners and stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working with Indigenous populations and a strong understanding of Indigenous culture and protocols
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
