Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing sales, customer service, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Store Team: Direct and motivate store staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Manage Inventory: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by ensuring high-quality customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee store maintenance, including visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and security.
- Manage Store Budget: Develop and manage store budgets, including labor, inventory, and operating expenses.
- Communicate with District Manager: Maintain open and regular communication with the District Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Sales Experience: Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance.
- Education: High School graduate or GED equivalent. Post-secondary education is an asset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and District Manager.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
