About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  4. Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric environment that delivers exceptional experiences and builds long-term relationships.

Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail and/or jewellery.
