Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Integrated Display Group Inc. as a key member of our manufacturing and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of our manufacturing and logistics processes.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support our operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to meet our business objectives.
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively coordinate with team members and resolve operational issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a warehouse setting.
