Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years in a relevant field such as logistics, operations management, or business administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with other departments and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex operational issues and improve productivity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a warehouse environment.
