Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Travel extensively to meet with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and build relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
