Job Title: Pastry Cook

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our culinary team at The Wickaninnish Inn. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
