Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage the requisitioning of food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure high-quality food and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform budgeting and cost estimates.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
