Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment or restaurant.
- Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail.
- Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
