Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Training: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and dependability.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in this role.Work Schedule:
35 to 40 hours per week.
