We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Nickel Brook Brewing Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the retail and on-premise channels.
Key Responsibilities- Retail Channel: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in each retail channel, including the LCBO, TBS, Grocery & Convenience, and Liquor Convenience Outlets (LCO).
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to optimize Nickel Brook's visibility and distribution in each channel.
- Conduct staff tastings and training to build in-store Nickel Brook brand ambassadors.
- Manage personal expense budget and log daily activities in CRM.
- Support and contribute to overall team objectives and dynamics.
- Manage new product launches in accordance with the new product roll-out strategy.
- Execute promotional programs as per regional strategies.
- Complete account surveys and collect competitive information from the field.
- Log all field activity through CRM.
- Contribute to overall team objectives and dynamics.
- Product rotation and merchandising as required.
- Supporting community events and contributing to Nickel Brook's social media presence.
- 3-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in beverage alcohol retail.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for craft beer.
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to execute sales plans and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work occasional weekends as required.
