Job Title: Territory Sales and Service Manager

Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging role in the hospitality industry? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients? We are seeking a Territory Sales and Service Manager to join our team at Ecolab Institutional.

About the Role:

As a Territory Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for selling and servicing Ecolab's comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing solutions to food service and hospitality customers in the Thunder Bay and surrounding areas. You will work independently to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with existing customers, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and service Ecolab's cleaning and sanitizing solutions to food service and hospitality customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work independently to manage territory and achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
  • 1+ year of outside sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
  • Proof of Covid Vaccination may be required based on client site requirements
