About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Care Specialist to join our team at CDA Landscape Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our workspaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to a high standard
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy space
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
Work Environment

As a Floor Care Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, but you will also have the opportunity to work in a variety of locations and settings.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role
  • Will train on the job to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
  • 32 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime
  • English is the primary language of communication in this role
