Our client, a reputable and expanding manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to become an integral part of their team. This role encompasses a diverse array of responsibilities, including the orientation and onboarding of new employees, managing employee relations, conducting investigations, overseeing performance management, and delivering exceptional support to the workforce. This is an IN-OFFICE role, collaborating with a vibrant HR team.

- Assist in refining existing processes and procedures.
- Provide support in recruitment efforts, including candidate screening and evaluation.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- A solid understanding of HR best practices and current regulations is essential.
- Prior experience in employee relations and workplace investigations is necessary.
- Experience within the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this role.
- Excellent judgment and knowledge of conflict management are required.
- Proficiency in software applications, including MS Office, is mandatory.
- This position is office-based, with a contract duration of 24 months.
