We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Planning Logistics to lead our team in revolutionizing supply chain logistics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive supply chain strategies, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
  • Optimize logistics operations to achieve cost efficiency and enhance competitive advantage through network scale.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and collaborating to deliver value-added solutions that optimize their supply chains.
  • Lead a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance logistics processes and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is required.
  • Certifications such as CITT or PLog are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of success in logistics and transportation management within a dynamic business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing innovative logistics solutions that drive customer value.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Canadian market and supply chain landscape.

  • Expertise in sustainability and corporate social responsibility principles within logistics operations.
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Financial modeling and business case development experience to support strategic decision-making.
