Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including word processing, filing, and faxing
  • Perform data entry in an Excel spreadsheet
  • Receive and direct visitors
  • Field telephone calls
  • Back various projects for other employees

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with data entry
  • Flexibility to work all required shift hours
  • Internet research skills
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Competent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, working 24-32 hours per week, in shifts that may include evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment.
