Perimeter Institute is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Donor Relations to join our team. As a key member of our Advancement team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our most valued donors, ensuring their continued support and engagement with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive stewardship program to recognize and engage top-tier donors
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and relationship managers to integrate donor communications and activities with overall campaign strategy
  • Manage recognition in print- and web-based publications, including donor lists and profiles
  • Coordinate the design and production of personalized impact reports and other donor communications
  • Support the planning and execution of top-tier events and integrate donor recognition opportunities into existing Perimeter events
Requirements:
  • Postsecondary education in business, fundraising, or events management, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in development, donor relations, advancement services, and/or special events
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing complex donor relations programs, including recognition and stewardship activities
  • Proven expertise in managing multi-phase projects, with a focus on optimizing efficiencies through the strategic use of CRM software and other technologies
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
