Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational site matters, including costs, schedule, quality, health & safety, and environment.
  • Maintain site team effectiveness through leadership, communication, teamwork, and coordination.
  • Promote and safeguard the interests of ANDRITZ Hydro at the site.
  • Develop and implement installation plans and strategies, coordinating with clients and other contractors.
  • Prepare mobilization plans, installation schedules, and progress reports.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental protection requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in construction site management or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in large construction sites as a site manager.
  • Technical college degree and/or significant related experience.
  • Hydro product knowledge.
  • Project Management skills and ability to handle multiple complex tasks.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
