We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Dakota Medical Corporation.
Job Summary:The Medical Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers. This role will involve greeting patients, answering phone calls, and managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting patients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's schedule.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
The Medical Clinic Receptionist will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers on a daily basis.
