We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Dakota Medical Corporation.
Job Summary:The Medical Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers. This role will involve greeting patients, answering phone calls, and managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting patients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage waitlists, and coordinate with healthcare providers.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Health care institution, facility, or clinic.
