We are in search of a skilled Mobile Product Designer to enhance our expanding design team. The perfect candidate will possess a fervor for transforming research into user-focused designs that elevate user experience standards.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality product interactions and visual elements
  • Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on creative direction
  • Perform usability assessments and make design choices informed by customer feedback and business objectives
  • Contribute to the advancement of the design system while adhering to a mobile-first design philosophy
  • Promote best practices in accessibility and inclusive design
  • Organize design initiatives, oversee timelines, and sustain creativity within defined parameters

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in designing native mobile applications
  • Proficiency in UI design principles and tools such as Figma and Sketch
  • Understanding of iOS and Android design frameworks and guidelines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance in design
  • Strong communication abilities and capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the financial services sector or a related field is advantageous
