Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert intricate challenges into seamless user experiences.
  • Engage in ideation, concept creation, and innovative experience design.
  • Develop sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to realize design intentions.
  • Champion the user throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on contemporary design methodologies, practices, and trends.
  • Participate in observational studies, usability testing, and other user research activities.
  • Communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationales effectively.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer.
  • Experience in strategic design.
  • Ability to transform conceptual ideas into engaging user experiences.
  • Contribute to shaping the strategic approach to experience design for various projects.
  • Demonstrated prototyping skills using various techniques: sketches, paper, wireframes, videos, or interactive prototypes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, including prototyping and animations.
  • Strong visual storytelling capabilities using presentation tools.
  • Understanding of web and mobile technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Animation skills, including page transitions.
  • Experience as a Human-Centered Designer.
  • Familiarity with FI methodologies.
