Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform intricate challenges into seamless user experiences.
  • Engage in ideation, concept development, and innovative experience design.
  • Create sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design intentions are realized.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on current design methodologies, practices, and trends.
  • Participate in observational studies, usability testing, and other forms of customer research.
  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and the rationale behind design approaches.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer.
  • Strategic design expertise.
  • Ability to convert conceptual ideas into engaging customer experiences.
  • Contribute to shaping the strategic approach to experience design for various projects.
  • Demonstrated prototyping skills through techniques such as sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, particularly in prototyping and animations.
  • Strong visual storytelling capabilities using presentation tools.
  • Understanding of web and mobile technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Animation skills, including page transitions.
  • Experience as a Human-Centered Designer.
  • Familiarity with FI.
