We're partnering with a high-growth, acquisitive software company to add a seasoned finance professional to their team. As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team and playing a critical role in strategic initiatives.

If you are a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a proven track record of coaching and developing staff, and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, this role could be an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the integration process following a significant acquisition
  2. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and period-end reporting
  3. Provide in-depth analysis of product performance and profitability
  4. Ensure a seamless and efficient month-end close process
  5. Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities
  6. Lead, coach, and supervise a team of finance professionals
  7. Execute special projects and initiatives as required by the Director of Finance

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation from a major public accounting firm
  2. A minimum of 4 years of post-graduation experience, including at least 1 year at a Manager level with team supervision
  3. A strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
