FLAMINKO INC. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including management of staff, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and revenue.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
- Human Resources: Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in business development, operations, and financial management.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, employees, and partners.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
