Job Title: Management Consulting Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Consulting Service Manager to join our team at Olade Consulting.

Job Summary

The Management Consulting Service Manager will be responsible for advising project teams, assigning projects, coordinating projects and programs, and directing the operations of an organization or department that provides services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, management, and operations, and will be able to provide expertise in response to clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise project teams on strategic planning, project management, and service delivery.
  • Assign projects to team members based on their skills and expertise.
  • Coordinate projects and programs to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Direct the operations of an organization or department that provides services, including planning, administering, and controlling budgets.
  • Evaluate the operations of establishments that provide services to business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide expertise in response to clients' needs, including developing marketing and communication plans, analyzing and providing advice on managerial methods and organization, and developing flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Prepare research papers for publication and presentation, and prepare and submit progress and other reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management consulting or service delivery role.
  • Strong background in business administration, management, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
