The Opportunity:
We are actively seeking a Customer Service and Sales professional for the role of Financial Aid Officer at our Ottawa campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial guidance to students, assisting them in securing educational funding options and managing tuition and courseware payments. Uphold the vision, mission, and values of triOS College. Foster a positive, supportive, and student-centered team atmosphere characterized by respect, integrity, dedication, and inclusivity.Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in student financial aid is a valuable asset. Preference for candidates with a background in Private Career Colleges and strong customer service and sales skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.Why You Should Consider This Role:
