About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Cha Baa Thai Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef, showcasing your culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant setting, working in an urban area.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available for easy commuting.
  • Work Conditions: This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical demands such as handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
