We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our leadership and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and ensure timely and accurate expense reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and adherence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
