Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Siding Foreman/Woman to oversee our exterior installation projects at Northco Services Ottawa Inc. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment to excellence and safety in all aspects of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 44 hours per week
  • Supervision: Lead a team of 3-4 individuals
  • Project Management: Prepare production reports and supervise ongoing projects
  • Training: Facilitate training sessions for team members
  • Coordination: Schedule and coordinate daily activities
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Work Environment

This role involves working at heights and under pressure, requiring physical stamina and resilience.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Education: No formal degree required
  • Certifications: Must possess Working at Heights training, First Aid Certificate, and WHMIS Certificate
Transportation Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a personal vehicle
