About The Job

We are seeking a skilled Countertop Installer to join our team at The Granite Shoppe. As a Countertop Installer, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation: Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, including countertops, sinks, and faucets.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the installation and any subsequent repairs.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations and repairs.
  • Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by wearing steel-toed safety boots and gloves, and following all safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Installation in an urban area.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with a requirement to handle heavy loads.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift and move objects weighing more than 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctual, client-focused, organized, and a team player.
