Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Industrial Scientific Corporation. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support
    • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
    • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their issues.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong technical skills and knowledge of our products and services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent French language skills.

Working Conditions

  • Must be available to work standard shift until 8 pm and work company holidays.
