Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our café, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and sales to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including our café and kitchen areas.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.
