**Dispatchers Supervisor**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at SHH Transport Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for staff members.
- Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
- Security Clearance: Must undergo a criminal record check.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be accurate, client-focused, efficient, and organized.
