Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit detailed reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in electronic schedulers, dispatch management service software, inventory control software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliable, and a team player.
