About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Master Daddy's Food Inc. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely manner to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and delivery of ingredients.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
