Nagomi Sushi is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking complete meals, inspecting kitchens and food service areas, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining inventory and records.
Work Setting: Our restaurant is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.
Tasks: As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including sushi, soups, and salads. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
Cuisine Specialties: We specialize in Japanese cuisine, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking and has a strong understanding of Japanese cooking techniques.
