Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric Norge AS. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement site coordination and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Review contract requirements and set up site presence
  • Implement site safety protocols and conduct regular audits
  • Confirm installation schedules and resources, and ensure subcontractors' cybersecurity compliance
  • Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective daily job allocations
  • Review technical specifications and tender documents to ensure detailed work scope meets customer requirements
  • Apply a process approach to managing risks and exceeding customer expectations
Requirements
  • A post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized educational institution, with a program of study in engineering or construction technology considered an asset
  • 3-5 years of experience working in the construction industry, with construction supervisor or field superintendent role considered an asset
  • CPP global training
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage and monitor project scope, schedule, planning, resources, risks, and project deliverables
