Fives Solios inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure that all construction work meets our high standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure that construction work is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Supervise contractors and ensure that they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare reports and communicate with stakeholders to ensure that project progress is transparent and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer Certification (P. Eng.) and Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
