Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at Fives Solios inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, planning and organizing construction schedules, and ensuring quality control measures are in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to maintain high standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to inform project decisions
  • Prepare reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management
  • Professional Engineer Certification (P. Eng.) and Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
