About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Z953. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our multimedia applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Execution: Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, execute tests, and identify defects in our software applications.
  • Quality Assurance: Evaluate the usability and functionality of our applications, providing feedback to the development team to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with software developers, team leads, and project managers to create, maintain, and execute test plans, and communicate results clearly and precisely.
  • Issue Tracking and Resolution: Record and track issues in our database, and work with the development team to resolve defects efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with JIRA or another bug tracking tool, and proficiency in using various software applications.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptability and Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
