We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at GOGO AUTO GROUP INC. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising office staff and volunteers.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs.
