Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning and Reporting Specialist to join our Consumer and Small Business team at Bell Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate forecast models to set sales targets for wireline channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Insights and Reports: Leverage sales drivers and analytics to develop insights, reports, trends, and scorecards to inform business decisions.
  • Forecast and Analyze: Prepare and present forecasts and analysis to senior leadership team to ensure accurate sales projections.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to negotiate and communicate targets, ensuring alignment and effective sales strategies.
  • Manage Month-End Estimates: Manage month-end estimates and explain delta to targets, providing timely and accurate sales data.
  • Track Pricing Updates: Track pricing updates and manage channel discretionary budgets to facilitate sales and optimize revenue growth.
  • Provide Strategic Input: Provide input to strategic planning, business planning, and budgeting exercises to ensure sales goals are aligned with company objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report and analyze sales-related results, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Critical Qualifications
  • Experience in Forecasting and Planning: 3+ years of experience in forecasting, planning, or data analytics roles, with a strong understanding of sales drivers and analytics.
  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI, and ability to extract data with SQL.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent personal skills and ability to discuss ideas, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and experience in a large organization.
  • Self-Starter and Project Management: Self-starter with ability to manage and drive projects with limited supervision, and manage multiple projects in an organized manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: University degree with a Mathematics, Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, and/or related discipline, and experience in Telecommunications or Sales assisting roles.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
