Key Responsibilities

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role within our organization? Here’s an overview of your primary duties:

  1. Generate comprehensive financial and operational reports on a weekly and periodic basis.
  2. Support the development of the annual business strategy, including data entry into financial systems.
  3. Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial assessments for corporate review.
  4. Provide analytical support as required by the Operations Directors and Business Planning Director.
  5. Conduct weekly fuel reporting focusing on volume and profitability, collaborating with fuel accounting to enhance accuracy.
  6. Compile internal and external capital reports for regulatory compliance and corporate financial reporting.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

Educational Background
  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Alternative combinations of education and experience that fulfill the minimum requirements may be considered.
Skills and Expertise
  1. Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and managing large datasets for report generation.
  2. Experience with financial accounting software and reporting tools; familiarity with similar platforms is advantageous.
  3. Intermediate understanding of accounting principles, including fixed assets and lease accounting.
  4. Knowledge of organizational structures and business operations, including product offerings and pricing strategies.
  5. A proactive and positive approach, with a commitment to making impactful contributions.
  6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and utilize new analytical tools as needed.
